That’s why we threw our old SOP library out and rewrote every single SOP from scratch.

Every SOP in the new library was written from scratch and checked against the tools as they work today. Not when the SOP was first written. Today.

SOPs that keep up with your tools
Tools change their screens all the time. That used to mean an SOP quietly going out of date. Not anymore.
When a step doesn’t match what you see, click Looks different? on that step. We’ll re-check it and update the SOP in hours or days, not weeks or months.
And if you’ve exported that SOP for your team, you’ll get an email when the new version is live, with exactly what changed. Every SOP also shows its full change history, so you always know what’s different and when it changed.
Never get stuck halfway through: ask AI about any step
Stuck on a step? Ask about it in your own words. Paste a screenshot if your screen looks different. You get an answer for the exact step you’re on, or a pointer to the SOP that covers it, and you keep going.
It works on every SOP in the library.
Your SOPs, your brand, your tools
Two things members already loved in the old library are still here, and they’re a lot better:
- Your logo on every SOP. Copy any SOP to Google Docs or download it as a PDF with your logo and brand color on it, ready to hand to your team or your clients.
- One click into your project tool. Send any SOP to ClickUp, Monday, Asana, Trello or Notion and it arrives as ready-to-assign tasks, with each milestone as its own step.
Both now come with much cleaner formatting than before.
