Yesterday, Matt Cutts tweeted that Google Webmaster Tools is now allowing webmasters to download links pointing to their site, arranged by the date they were found!
In case you missed it, you can now see your most recent links in Google’s webmaster console: goo.gl/1GAkQ

This is sweet. So let’s check it out!
First, log in to Google Webmaster Tools, click “Traffic” on the left hand column, and then click “Links to Your Site”
From here, it’ll show you your links. Click “More >>”, to get to the downloadable links:
Finally, click “download latest links”:
This is a really cool feature! Super impressed with Google’s recent upgrades to Google Webmaster Tools (even though they’re still making up for what they did with Not Provided data IMHO). This is a really great feature that I hope stays with us for a long time.
